Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approx. 1.5 lbs)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 4 tortillas or pita bread
  • 2 cups mixed fresh vegetables (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers)
  • ½ cup tahini sauce or garlic sauce

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken by mixing olive oil, garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, and lemon juice in a bowl. Coat the chicken breasts evenly and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the marinated chicken for about 7-10 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked (165°F).
  3. While the chicken cooks, chop the fresh vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  4. After cooking, slice the chicken thinly and assemble the wraps by placing the chicken and veggies down the center of each tortilla or pita.
  5. Drizzle with tahini or garlic sauce before wrapping tightly. Serve immediately.
