Ingredients

  • Hawaiian Sweet Rolls (12 count)
  • Diced turkey (2 cups)
  • Cranberry sauce or relish (1 cup)
  • Swiss cheese or preferred cheese (6 slices)
  • Butter (6 tbsp)
  • Yellow mustard (1 tbsp)
  • Plant-based Worcestershire sauce (1 tbsp)
  • Dried minced onion (1/2 tbsp)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare a 9×13 baking pan with foil and cooking spray.
  3. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise and place the bottom halves in the pan.
  4. Layer with diced turkey, cranberry sauce, and cheese.
  5. Place the top halves of the rolls on top.
  6. Melt butter and mix with mustard, plant-based Worcestershire sauce, minced onion, salt, and pepper; pour over the rolls.
  7. Cover with foil and let rest for 5-10 minutes.
  8. Bake covered for 20 minutes; uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
