  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot; cook linguine until al dente (9–11 minutes). Reserve ¼ cup pasta water before draining.
