  • 1 head fresh garlic (whole cloves)
  • 2 cans (14.5 oz each) fire-roasted diced tomatoes
  • 1 medium yellow onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)
