  • 3 golden beets
  • 6 carrots
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil (for dressing)
  • 2 tablespoons white grape juice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon minced rosemary
