  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 4 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (for whipping)
  • Chopped pecans (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Cut tortillas into rounds using a cookie cutter.
  2. Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon on a plate. Poke each tortilla round with a fork.
  3. Brush both sides of the rounds with melted butter, then dip in the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Bake for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  5. In another bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth; add pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice until well combined.
