  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup packed light brown sugar
  • ½ cup salted butter (room temperature)
  • 1¾ cups old-fashioned oats

Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, cornstarch, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and salt. Transfer to a baking pan.
  3. In the same bowl, mix brown sugar, remaining flour, butter, and remaining cinnamon until wet. Stir in oats until well combined.
