  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons herb seasoning (divided)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 lbs red potatoes (washed)
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) with a buttered 9×13 baking pan inside to melt the butter.
  2. Cut each washed red potato in half and lightly score them.
  3. In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons of herb seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Once the butter is melted, sprinkle the seasoning mixture into the pan before placing potato halves cut side down on top.
