  • 1 ½ lbs ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 egg (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the cabbage into thick rounds and brush both sides with olive oil. Place on a lined baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, mix ground meat, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and egg until well combined.
