  • 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together instant vanilla pudding and cold milk until thickened.
  2. Gently fold in whipped topping until well combined.
  3. Melt chocolate chips and butter over low heat, stirring until smooth; remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract and powdered sugar.
  4. Layer graham crackers in a baking dish, spreading half of the pudding mixture on top. Add another layer of graham crackers and repeat with remaining pudding mixture. Finish with another layer of graham crackers.
  5. Pour the chocolate glaze over the final layer of graham crackers, smoothing it out.
  6. Refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight to let it set before serving chilled.
