  • 2 chicken breasts
  • olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Au Jus Gravy Mix
  • 1 tablespoon Ranch seasoning
  • 4 medium/large potatoes
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder
  • paprika
  • pepperonchinis
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash, peel, and cube the potatoes. Toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Air fry the potato cubes for about 20 minutes, shaking occasionally.
  4. While the potatoes cook, cube the chicken breasts and season with olive oil, Au Jus Gravy Mix, and Ranch seasoning.
  5. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter and cook the seasoned chicken until golden brown.
  6. Once cooked, combine the crispy potatoes with the chicken in the skillet.
  7. Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperonchinis. Broil briefly until cheese melts or cover on the stove until gooey.
