  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix the meatball ingredients and form small balls.
  3. Sear the meatballs in a skillet until browned.

  5. Layer uncooked rice, veggies, and meatballs in the baking dish; pour broth over.
