  • 1 pound shredded Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • Juice of half a lime
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, crumbling it as it cooks. Add garlic powder, salt, pepper, green onions, soy sauce, and sriracha if desired. Cook through and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add avocado oil and sauté the shredded Brussels sprouts with salt and pepper until caramelized.
  3. Return the cooked ground beef to the skillet and mix in sweet chili sauce and lime juice. Stir until well combined.
  4. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds or additional green onions if desired.
