  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup croutons (optional)
  • 4 slices Turkey Bacon (cooked and crumbled, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Grill shrimp for about 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  2. Whisk together mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
  3. Warm tortillas in a skillet for about 30 seconds. Spread Caesar dressing on each tortilla.
  4. Layer grilled shrimp, chopped romaine lettuce, and any optional toppings like Turkey Bacon or croutons over the dressing.
  5. Roll the tortillas tightly from the bottom up after folding in the sides. Slice in half before serving.
