  • 1 jalapeño (seeded and minced, optional)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • Salt to taste
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • Green onions (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Marinade shrimp with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Mix thawed corn, diced red onion, minced jalapeño (optional), chopped cilantro, lime juice, and salt in a bowl to create the corn salsa.
