  • Chicken breast
  • Fresh broccoli
  • Heavy cream
  • Parmesan cheese

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package directions in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. Steam fresh broccoli florets for 3-4 minutes until bright green and crisp-tender. Plunge into ice water.
  3. Season chicken cubes with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant (about one minute). Slowly pour in heavy cream while whisking.
