Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 12 oz linguine
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until just combined. Form into 1-inch meatballs.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the meatballs until browned on all sides (about 6–8 minutes). Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to low and add butter and garlic. Cook until fragrant (1–2 minutes), then stir in lemon juice and parsley. Return meatballs to the skillet to simmer in the sauce for about 5–7 minutes.
  4. Cook linguine per package instructions; reserve pasta water. In another pan, melt butter, add cream, and Parmesan until combined. Toss the cooked linguine with the sauce.
  5. Serve meatballs over creamy linguine with extra sauce drizzled on top.
