Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped into small florets

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • ¼ cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté cauliflower florets for about 5–7 minutes until tender and lightly browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter. Add ground turkey, breaking it up as it cooks for about 5–6 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  3. Stir in minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper; cook for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Return the sautéed cauliflower to the skillet. If needed, add chicken broth for moisture. Simmer for about 3–4 minutes until heated through.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan if desired.
