  • 2 packs ramen noodles (fresh or dried)
  • 1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon chili oil (optional, for extra heat)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken with chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
  2. Sear the chicken in vegetable oil over medium-high heat until golden brown on both sides (about 5-7 minutes each side). Let it rest before slicing.
  3. In a saucepan, sauté minced garlic in butter until fragrant. Add heavy cream and stir until slightly thickened; set aside.
  4. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  5. In another pot, heat sesame oil and sauté minced garlic. Add chicken broth and soy sauce; simmer for 5-7 minutes.
