  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)
  • 2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • ½ cup sliced green onions
  • ½ cup shredded carrots (optional, for crunch)
  • Sesame seeds & nori strips, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken: Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, smoked paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. Toss in sliced chicken and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Cook the chicken: In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the marinated chicken until golden brown and fully cooked (about 5-6 minutes).
  3. Make the creamy garlic sauce: Sauté minced garlic in melted butter until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth; season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Prepare the ramen noodles: Boil water and cook ramen noodles according to package instructions (about 3-4 minutes). Drain.
