  • 1 stick butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting

  • ⅓ cup whole milk
  • 1 (3.4 ounces) package instant vanilla pudding

  2. Gradually stir in flour until it forms a ball.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before adding eggs one at a time until smooth.
  4. Pipe tablespoon-sized mounds onto a lined baking sheet, spaced apart.
  5. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes, then reduce to 350°F (175°C) for another 15 minutes until golden.

  7. For the filling, mix heavy cream, milk, and pudding mix until thickened.
