- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approx. 450g)
- 1 package (14 oz) wonton wrappers
- 2 cups fresh vegetables (lettuce, bell peppers, carrots)
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup vegetable oil (for frying)
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- Dice chicken breasts into small pieces and mix with garlic powder and soy sauce.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sauté chicken until golden brown and cooked through (about 7-10 minutes).
- Place one tablespoon of chicken filling in the center of each wonton wrapper, moisten edges with water, and fold into triangles.
- Fry in hot oil at 350°F (175°C) for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and top with shredded veggies and a drizzle of sweet chili sauce mixed with lime juice.
