  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and dry the baby potatoes, then cut them in half.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
