  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  2. In another bowl, mix cashew butter, milk, honey/maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Combine wet and dry mixtures; mix until fully incorporated.
  4. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  5. Adjust consistency with more milk if needed; roll into 1-inch balls.
  6. Chill for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  7. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together; dip each ball in the mixture.
  8. Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top; chill again until set.
