  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 tube (8-count) crescent roll dough
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs (optional for added crunch)
  • 2 tablespoons butter (for sauce)
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, black pepper, and melted butter until creamy.
  3. Roll out crescent dough and separate into triangles; flatten slightly.
  4. Place filling on the widest part of each triangle; fold and seal the edges tightly.
  5. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with panko breadcrumbs (optional).
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
