  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; add ground beef and cook until browned (7–8 minutes), breaking it up as it cooks.
  3. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper; remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic.
  5. Spread beef mixture over each tortilla; top with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses before rolling tightly.
  6. Place roll-ups seam-side down on the baking sheet; brush with garlic butter.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
