  • 5 tablespoons cold or frozen butter (grated or cut into small pieces)

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/8 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add cold butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Gently fold in blueberries.
  5. Stir in cold milk until just combined; avoid overmixing.
