  2. In another bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients to form a shaggy dough.
  3. Knead on a floured surface until smooth (about 8-10 minutes).
  4. Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
  5. Mix softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon for the filling.
