  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 3 eggs
  • ¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/3 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan and line with parchment paper.
