  • 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour (or chickpea flour)
  • 4 pita breads or wraps
  • ½ cup lemon tahini sauce
  • Olive oil (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, parsley, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt (to taste), and flour. Pulse until it forms a coarse mixture.
  3. Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized patties.
